Super Yoga Ultimate way for transformation

super yoga
What Is Super Yoga?
It is the super conscious relationship which is attained while performing postures and meditations that gives yoga its divine power. In Super Yoga the very good highway to force heaven opens. A higher more subtle nerve flow opens through the energy circuitry. Because of increased energy flows to the brain, it infuses permutations in the frontal lobe, increasing neural activity and synchronicity in the brain hemisphere. Super Yoga create a choral frequency to clear and connect the DNA codes which speed up the evolutionary spiral. The force structure and neurochemistry opens the force highways and control flows into sequential synchronisation of the chakra points, which transforms ordinary yoga live out into Super Yoga.
This consists of:
- Precise and powerful movements
- Short and fast sequences for deep impact on the energy core
- Postures held for 30 - 60 seconds
- Easy movements to create a ‘star burst’ effect
- Energy flow that opens quickly
- A new relationship of the super-conscious mind with the body circuitry
- A holographic approach where body, mind and spirit unite as one
Yoga is replaced with a new spirit of quantum tracks where the yoga becomes you.
Signs of the Times
We need to have fast solutions to our life situations. This information age offers an inexhaustible amount of possible answers which usually overwhelms us, catapulting the masses into a spiral of confusion. Intensive stress cycles with social isolation create a warp effect on the brain and nervous system. There is a minimum of 100 - 250 fight or flight responses per day by each individual due to overstimulation. This depletes your energy reservoir each time, some to a greater or lesser degree. All lead to a negative spiral pattern.
If we can think more clearly we can think tank to drive us towards greater health, prosperity, sustainability and productivity. The simplicity of life can be a powerful formula to survive and succeed in the techno modern world. The all important Kundalini rising from the base centre is a powerful antidote to stress.
If one is able to maintain a super-conscious awareness in relation to the mind / body and environment, you are able to counteract the reaction response at the conception point. You maintain equilibrium. You feel peaceful and centered. Your energy reserve Kundalini keeps flowing up from the base centre.

How to practise Hridaya Mudra or Heart Gesture

hridaya mudra or heart gesture
Fold the index finger towards your thumb, the middle and ring finger are also touching the thumb, the little finger is relaxed. remain in the posture with both hands as long as it is comfortable.
Practise the heart mudra at least five minutes a day, and for the best results for an hour daily.
Close your eyes, completely relax and feel the very subtle changes of energy inside your body.
Feel how the heart area becomes unburdened.
For a greater impact, pratise this exercise for 40-days.
You can perform it during any activity, anytime and anywhere, for example while walking, or you can practise it in a meditation posture like padmasana (lotus pose), siddhasana (accomplished pose), or vajrasana (diamond pose).
This hand posture improves the vitality of the heart by diverting the flow of the prana to the heart area. The prana, which would normally leave the body, is redirected by mudra so it stays in the body. Hridaya gesture unburdens the anahata chakra and is great for emotional relief.

Mudras regulate the five elements that the human body is made of. These five elements need to be balanced for us to stay healthy and energetic. Any illness or emotional disharmony in the body relates to an element. Each finger represents an element, the thumb is for fire, the index finger relates to air, the middle finger represents ether, the ring finger is for earth and the little finger for water. By balancing all the elements, hand gestures make it possible to feel the divine energies within us. Mudra is said to be 1000 times stronger than pranayama, which means thatt it is more powerful than we might even imagine. The practice of mudras broadens our horizon so we can experience more love, joy, purity and divinity within ourselves and in our live. And these vibrations then exist in our new relationship too.
